AI Summary
Psychiatrist Dr. Nathan Conrad's life is shattered when his young daughter is kidnapped by a ruthless criminal, Patrick Koster.
The ransom isn't money; Koster demands that Conrad must extract a six-digit secret number from the mind of Elisabeth Burrows, a catatonic patient with a traumatic past. This number is the key to a stolen $10 million ruby.
Conrad races against a deadline to unlock the information hidden in Elisabeth's fractured memory while his wife fights the kidnappers, all desperately trying to save their daughter's life.
My thoughts
The moment his kid got abducted, the movie really started for me. It was insanely thrilling and frustrating to watch. I have seen better, not going to lie. But, it was an incredible movie, just not incredible enough for me not to think of the movie as a standard drama thriller.
